Does Pulsed store my meeting recordings?
Pulsed processes audio to generate transcripts and then discards the raw recording. We store transcripts, summaries, and action items — not audio files. You can delete any meeting data at any time from your dashboard. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.
Which meeting platforms does it work with?
Pulsed works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and any platform that allows bot participants. For in-person meetings, you can use the Pulsed mobile app to record directly from your phone.
Do attendees know Pulsed is in the meeting?
Yes — Pulsed joins as a visible participant named "Pulsed Notetaker" and announces itself when joining. We believe in transparent AI. You can customise the bot name to match your company brand on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Does Pulsed train its AI on my meetings?
No. Your meeting data is never used to train any AI models — ours or third-party. This is a hard policy, not a default setting. Enterprise customers receive a signed data processing agreement confirming this.
